正辛醇对苯乙烯膦酸浮选金红石过程的影响

摘    要:选用苯乙烯膦酸作为枣阳原生金红石矿浮选的捕收剂, 研究了正辛醇对苯乙烯膦酸浮选效果的影响。从苯乙烯膦酸用量、浮选速率、产品粒度范围和泡沫性质等方面进行了系统研究, 结果表明, 在精矿产率相同条件下, 添加500 g/t正辛醇, 苯乙烯膦酸用量从1 400 g/t降到600 g/t, 用量降低了57.1%;且金红石粗精矿品位从8.05%提高到10.36%, 回收率从58.75%提高到76.38%;浮选精矿产品中+0.074 mm粒级和-0.074+0.038 mm粒级含量分别增加了31.3%和40.4%。当苯乙烯膦酸用量一定时, 少量正辛醇能大大提高溶液的起泡性能, 进一步增大用量后起泡性能有所降低, 但是泡沫在一定范围内趋于稳定。

Abstract:Styryl phosphoric acid (SPA) was introduced as the collector of primary rutile ore from Zaoyang Mine, and the influence of octanol on its flotation performance was investigated. A systematic study was carried out in terms of SPA dosage, flotation velocity, size distribution of concentrates and foam properties. The results show that, for reaching the same yield, the consumption of SPA can be reduced from 1 400 g/t to 600 g/t, down by 57.1%, by adding 500 g/t octanol, while the TiO2 grade for rutile rough concentrate can be increased from 8.05% to 10.36% and the recovery increased from 58.75% to 76.38%. The content of fractions of +0.074 mm and -0.074+0.038 mm in the concentrate increased by 31.3% and 40.4%, respectively. With a fixed SPA dosage, the foaming performance of the solution can be greatly improved by adding a small amount of octanol, and become worsened after a further addition of octanol. However, the foams remain stable to a certain extent.
