基于JN5121单片机的电磁阀信号数字滤波算法实现

摘    要:液压系统是机械设备正常运转的保证,往往是系统故障的多发点。为了更加精确、快速地监测各种系统信号的变化情况,并且提高运算效率,本文以JN5121单片机为背景,针对液压电磁阀监测系统检测到的加速度信号和磁信号,提出了一种新的滤波算法,分析了该算法的原理、工作流程及其功能,并且针对电磁阀检测系统所监测到的磁信号,运用该滤波算法,将其滤波结果与MATLAB工具箱中数字滤波器的滤波效果进行了比较,得出了该方法在快速处理采样数据方面的优点。

Abstract:Hydraulic pressure system is the guarantee of the mechanism equipment for working in gear; it is also the happening point of system trouble.In order to detect variations of the system signal much more exactly and speedy,and also improve the operation efficiency,This paper gives a new filter algorithms on acceleration and magnetism signal that has been detected by the hydraulic pressure electromagnetism valve system based on the JN5212 MCU,and also analyze the principle,working flow chart and the function.It also gives a comparison on our results and the filter effect of digital filter in MATLAB toolbox on the magnetism signal and educes the result that it is in advantage of dealing with sampling data much more speedy.
