摘    要:
实验中用两种白腐菌对杨木木片进行预处理,通过分析处理前后木素、综纤维素含量的变化,选择出了一种对木素降解效率高的菌种。并且选择出其降解的最佳处理时间,然后将处理过的杨木木片进行ECMP制浆抄纸和经蒸汽处理的进行比较,实验表明白腐菌预处理木片替代ECMP制浆过程中蒸汽预处理是可行的。

Abstract:
Experiment with two kinds of cypress wood white-rot fungus pretreatment, through the a- nalysis of the treatment and lignin, fiber content changes,selects a kind of high efficiency degradation of lignin bacterial. And choose the best out of its degradation processing time, then will be processed on ECMP cypress wood pulp dipping paper and compared by steam processing. Experiments show that white-rot fungus ECMP pulp pretreatment chips alternative during preprocessing is feasible steam.
