摘    要:本文研究了Pr_2(Co_(1-x)Mn_x)_(14)B 和 Pr_2(Fe_(1-x)Mn_x)14B 化合物的晶体结构和低温内禀磁性.在 x≤0.5时,可以形成2-14-1四方晶体结构.当 x 分别大于0.3和0.2时,Pr_2(Co_(1-x)Mn_x)_(14)B 和 Pr_2(Fe_(1-x)Mn_x)_(14)B 的居里温度 T_c 和饱和磁化强度σ_s 急剧减小.这两种化合物块状样品在1.5 K 的内禀矫顽力分别达到16 kOe 和22 kOe.内禀矫顽力既随成分变化,也随温度改变.低温特大矫顽力来源于窄畴壁能的涨落.

Abstract:A large intrinsic coercive force iH_c of up to 16 kOe and 22kOe,respectively for Pr_2(Co_(1-x)Mn_x)_(14)B and Pr_2(Fe_(1-x)Mn_x)_(14)B has been observed at 1.5 K in as-cast bulk samples.It shows a composition dependence.The virgin magnetization curves with propagation field H_p indicate that the coercivity is created by domain wall pinning.The origin for the large intrinsic coercive force can be understood in terms of narrow domain walls.
