薄型高密度纤维板的研制

摘    要:
研制以意杨、马尾松混合材为原料生产地板用薄型高密度纤维板。在工艺上对影响产品质量的关键因素:如原料选择、纤维分离、施胶、板坯含水率、热压等工艺进行了探讨,并对其成本及经济效益进行了分析。结果表明,生产这种混合材地板用薄型高密度纤维板,不但在技术上可行、经济上也是合理和高效的。

Abstract:
The development of thin high-density fiberboard which made of mix material Populus and Pinus massonia was studied in the paper.The effective key factors of products' quality in processing technics were discussed on following: selection of material,separation of fiber,glue blending,percentage of moisture of convex edge and hot pressing,and the concrete cost and financial benefit were also analyzed in the paper.Using the thin high-density fiberboard for mixed material floor board has good characters with feasible technology,reasonable financial and obvious benefits.
