曲柄摇杆机构按行程速比系数的设计

摘    要:本文提出了一种计算简便、适用性强的根据行程速比系数设计曲柄摇杆机构的新方法,导出了获得机构最佳传动角(即最大的最小传动角)的设计计算公式。另外.本文还研究了行程速比系数K和摇角对最佳传动角的影响,并且用线图定量地表明了最佳传动角等于给定值时K和的关系,为机构设计时K和的合理取值提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The paper raised a new method of syntheszing the crank -rocker mechanism according to the the time ratio. and deduced the formula of obtaining mechanism's optimum transmission angle(i. e.the maximum of the minimum transmission angle).Besides,the paper researched the effect of the time ratio K and rocker's swing angle on the optimum transmission angle,and showed the relationship between K and + at the givenoptimum transmission angle with a chart,which provides the theoretical guidance for choosing the K and in the synthesis of the mechanism.
