莫尔条纹动态细分误差的傅里叶分析评估方法

摘    要:为了实现对高精度光电编码器莫尔条纹动态细分误差的评估,研究了莫尔条纹动态细分误差的傅里叶分析评估方法。首先采集光电编码器精码的莫尔条纹光电信号送入计算机;然后运用线性插值、泰勒级数等方法将时间信号还原为位置信号;最后对位置信号进行傅里叶变换,计算出莫尔条纹光电信号的波形参数,实现对光电编码器动态细分误差的评估。实验结果表明:对某24位光电编码器动态细分误差进行评估,细分误差的峰值为+0.54和0.18。此方法测量速度快,测量精度高,适合在光电编码器应用现场对细分误差进行评估。

Abstract:In order to realize the assessment for Moiré fringe dynamic interpolation error in high precision optical encoder,a dynamic interpolation error assessment method based on Fourier analysis is researcheed.First,Moiré fringe photoelectric signal is transmitted into computer through data acquisition card.Then,using the method such as linear interpolation,Taylor series the time signal is reverted into location signal.Finally,Fourier transform to the location signal is carried out and the photoelectric Moiré fringe signal waveform parameters are calculated,therefore the assessment to the optical encoder dynamic interpolation error can be realized.The assessment experiment results indicate that the maximum and the minimum dynamic interpolation error of the 24-bit encoder is 0.54.and.0.18.,respectively.This method can realize fast and high accuracy measurement,and it is suitable for applications in optical encoder dynamic interpolation error onsite assessment.
