生态·海岛·城市——广东南澳县总体规划探索

南澳岛是广东省一个具有鲜明生态特色的亚热带岛屿。南澳县总体规划围绕建设“生态岛”的目标,采取“大分散、小集中”的组团式布局,在生态产业布局上,划分陆域生态经济区和海域生态经济区,旅游开发形成“一环一线两大区,两个中心四个重点”的结构,在生态环境控制上,从自然环境和人文环境两个方面进行保护。

Nan'ao is an island in Guangdong Province featuring clear-cut subtropical specialties.The overall planning for the island should be centered on theobjective to build an"Ecological Island",for which the group arrangement will be adopted to distribute the city in a wider range as a whole,while locating the groupswith a proper spacing.As regards the ecological arrangement,it should divide the island into the continental economic zone and marine economic zone and developthe tourism around the structure of"encircling the island,sightseeing through one line,on two centers and four key points".Both natural environment and people-oriented environment should be protected.
