摘    要:设计了一种额定通流3kA的新型高速斥力开关。试验表明,设计的新型斥力开关能在230txs内实现触头分离,保证了电网对保护开关快速限流分断的要求;同时,斥力开关通过直流3kA的触头压降为27mV,温升试验验证了开关触头结构设计的合理性。

Abstract:A new fast mechanical repulsion switch rated 3 kA was designed. It was shown by the experimental results that the switch could open the contact within 230μs upon receiving the opening signal, which could meet current limiting interruption requirement of power system. The contact voltage was 27 mV when the switch carried its rated current. The design rationality of contactor was proven by experiments of temperature rise.
