高喷灌浆机具工艺改进在工程中的应用

高压喷射灌浆是８０年代引进的一项地基处理新技术。在使用成套施工设备过程中，发现该设备有较大局限性。根据高喷灌浆原理，对高喷设备中的关键机具－三重管和孔口装置进行了重新设计制造，同时对施工工艺进行了改进，并在武都引进工程二期围堰及右岸拦河闸基础、马回电路围堰及溢流坝基础等多项工程中应用，取得了良好的效果，保证了工程质量，具有推广应用价值。

Technology Tmprovement for High Pressure Jet Grouting Machines and Its Application in Project

High pressure jet grouting is a new foundation treatment technique which is introduced in the 1980 s. The highpressure jet grouting machines have some Limitations in use with the serial construction equipment. Based on high pressure jetgroutiog principle,the key machines (tee and orifice device) are redesigned and remade. The construction technology is alsoimproved. The improved machines were applied in the second stage cofferdam and the right sluice foundation at wudu diversionproject,in the cofferdam and the overflow dam foundation at Mahui hydropower plant,and so on. Utilization of the machinesguarantee the high quality of project. It is worth to spread and use.
