摘    要:建立了同时测定化妆品中雌三醇、己烯雌酚、雌二醇、甲基睾丸酮、黄体酮5种性激素的高效液相色谱检测方法。通过考察不同提取剂的选择,确定了以甲醇溶解试样,超声提取后经滤膜过滤的前处理方法。考察了不同流动相组成、检测波长及不同流速对5种目标物检测结果的影响,优化的色谱柱条件为:色谱柱Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相V(甲醇):V(水)=75:25;检测波长230nm;流速1.0mL/min;进样量10μL。在线性范围5~100mg/L内,平均回收率为95.2%~99.6%;相对标准偏差为0.5%~3.0%;检出限为0.2~0.6ng。通过实际样品分析,证明了该方法操作简便、快捷,检测准确,能够同时检测化妆品中5种性激素的含量。

Abstract:An efficient method for analyzing five kinds of sexual hormones in cosmetics,namely,estriol,diethylstilbestrol,estradiol-17β,methyl-testosterone and progesterone by high performance liquid chromatography was established.The hormones in samples were extracted by methanol with an ultrasonic method and then filtrated by filter membrane.The chromatographic conditions were validated as:column,Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);mobile phase,V(methanol)∶V(water)=75∶25;detection wavelength,230 nm;flow rate,1.0 mL/min;volume of injecting sample,10 μL.The final result was good.In the linear ranges of determination from 5 to 100 mg/L,the rate of recovery for five sexual hormones ranged from 95.2% to 99.6% with the relative standard deviations of 0.5% to 3.0%,and the limits of detection of five sexual hormones were 0.2 ng to 0.6 ng.The method established in the present paper is simple,precise and suitable for determination of five sexual hormones in cosmetics.
