晶粒度对40Cr钢淬火组织的影响

摘    要:使用热模拟试验机对40Cr钢进行830、890、950℃正火试验,得到晶粒度不同的铁素体和珠光体组织,再将正火后的试样加热至850℃保温10 min后,以不同的冷却速度淬火,对比晶粒度不同的试样淬火后的组织和硬度变化。结果表明:随着淬火前晶粒尺寸的增大,40Cr钢淬火后的马氏体组织含量增加,贝氏体的含量减少,硬度增大;淬火前40Cr钢的晶粒尺寸越大,淬透性越好。

Abstract:40Cr steel was normalized at 830, 890 and 950 ℃ using a thermal simulation tester, to obtain ferrite and pearlite structures with different grain sizes. Then the samples were heated to 850 ℃ and kept for 10 min followed by quenching at different cooling rates. The microstructure and hardness variations of samples with different grain sizes were compared after quenching. The results showed that with the increase of grain size before quenching, the content of martensite structure in 40Cr steel sample after quenching increased, while the content of bainite decreased. Meanwhile, the hardness was improved. The larger the grain size of 40Cr steel before quenching was, the better the hardenability was.
