高强汽车大梁钢辊压开裂分析

摘    要:利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对某公司生产的750 MPa级别高强汽车大梁钢在辊压时出现开裂现象进行分析。结果表明:分条剪切时剪切断面质量不良,刃间隙调节不合理,在剪刃间隙较大的一侧,端面存在较多毛刺和微裂纹是开裂的外部原因;热轧过程RT2温度异常过高,造成材料严重混晶,韧性下降是造成开裂的内在原因。

Abstract:The roll cracking phenomenon of 750 MPa high-strength automobile beam steel produced by one company was analyzed by optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the adjustment of edge gap of shearing area in slitting shear was not reasonable. There were many burrs and micro-cracks in end face on the side with larger edge gap, which created external conditions for the cracking. During the hot rolling process, the abnormally high temperature of RT2 caused serious mixed crystal of the material. The decrease of toughness was the internal cause for cracking.
