摘    要:Q195热轧带钢冷弯时开裂现象较多,通过化学、力学、金相、电镜能谱分析等检测手段,对开裂样品与合格样品进行了成分、性能、夹杂物、组织等多方面对比分析。分析表明:夹杂物含量高是Q195带钢冷弯开裂的主要原因,但化学成分和基体组织对冷弯性能也有重要影响。

Abstract:There are many cracks in Q195 hot rolled strip during cold bending. By means of chemical, mechanical, metallographic and electron microscope energy spectrum analysis, the components, properties, inclusions, structures and other aspects of the cracked samples and the qualified samples were compared and analyzed. The analysis shows that the high content of inclusions is the main reason for the cold bending cracking of Q195 strip, but the chemical composition and matrix structure also have an important influence on the cold bending properties.
