OTSInca在钢铁非金属夹杂物检测中的应用

摘    要:从系统组成、工作原理、功能介绍和特殊优势等4个方面详细介绍了一款钢铁非金属夹杂物自动分析系统-OTSInca软件。该软件功能强大、操作便捷,可以自动、高效、准确地表征非金属夹杂物的分布、成分和形态信息,结合其强大的数据库系统,可以自动识别出非金属夹杂物的种类。同时,该系统在操作界面、数据采集、数据库、报告输出等4个方面具有独特的优势,也极大地提高了非金属夹杂物自动识别的效率和准确性。

Abstract:An automatic analysis system for non-metallic inclusions in steels, i.e., OTSInca software, was introduced from four aspects, including system composition, working principle, function introduction and special advantages. This software had powerful function and convenient operation. It could automatically, efficiently and accurately characterize the distribution, composition and morphology of non-metallic inclusions. Combined with its powerful database, it could automatically identify the types of non-metallic inclusions. Meanwhile, this system had unique advantages in four aspects including operation interface, data acquisition, database and report export, which also greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of automatic identification of non-metallic inclusions.
