The Application of the Method of the Principal Component Analysis in Evaluating the Quality of Vegetables and Fruits in Modified Atmosphere Package |

| Abstract: | The mathematical model of evaluating the quality of vegetables and fruits in modified atmosphere package(MAP) was constructed by the method of the principal component analysis. The model was then verified with test data. It was showed that the method of the principal component analysis was useful in analyzing the quality of vegetables and fruits in modified atmosphere package and the results were reasonable. |
