高浓度溶出浆液沉降分离的研究

摘    要:采用添加絮凝剂沉降的方法, 研究了烧结法熟料高浓度溶出浆液的分离性能, 并研究了各因素对沉降分离性能的影响规律。结果表明: Al2O3浓度大于180 g/L, 絮凝剂为A11, 90 ℃进行沉降时, 前5 min沉淀高占浆液总高的30%~40%, 60 min底流压缩液固比在5~6之间; 适当增加絮凝剂量和提高熟料粒度, 均有利于浆液沉降; 溶液Na2OC浓度和αk升高不利于浆液沉降。

Abstract:The settlement properties of high concentration slurry in sinter process and the effects of different factors on the settlement properties were studied by using the method of adding flocculant. The results show that when the concentration of Al2O3 is  above 180 g/L, the flocculant is  A11 and the temperature is 90 ℃, the height ratio of bottom flow to the whole flow is  from 30% to 40% in 5 minutes and the mass ratio of liquid to solid of bottom flow is about 5~6 in 60 minutes. The increase of flocculant amount and particle size of the agglomerated material favored the settlement of slurry while the increase of the concentration of Na2OC and αk didn't favor the settlement of slurry.
