水镁石对HDPE的复合改性研究

摘    要:采用水镁石对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行了复合改性研究。结果表明:在适当的偶联剂处理条件下,水镁石对HDPE的复合,不仅可以改善体系的阻燃性能,其阻燃效果和氢氧化镁及氢氧化铝基本相同,而且可以使其复合体系的机构性能特别是冲击强度得到较大幅度地提高。当水镁石添加的质量分数为50%时,体系的拉伸强度仅有小幅度(8%)下降,而冲击强度则达到基体树脂的4.3-6.5倍,氧指数值为24.1%。

Abstract:The compounding modification of high - density polyethylene (HDPE) with brucite was carried out. The results indicate that after treating with a proper coupling agent, compounding HDPE with brucite not only can improve the flame retardancy of the system, with an effect identical to that of magnesium hydroxide or aluminium hydroxide, but also can make the mechanical properties, especially the impact strength, of the compound system rise greatly. When the mass percentage of the brucite added reaches 50% , the tensile strength of the system decreases by only 8%, while the impact strength increases to a value 4.3-6.5 times greater than the base resin, and at the same time, the oxygen index goes up to 24.1 % .
