Abstract: | ![]() Oxiracetam was labeled with 99mTc using sodium dithionite (Na2S2O4) as a reducing agent. The influence exerted on the labeling yield by the amounts of the reducing agent and substrate, pH, temperature, and reaction time was studied to optimize the labeling process. Biodistribution studies show that the 99mTcoxiracetam complex is suitable as a highly selective tracer for brain imaging. |
