摘    要:通过改变斜导柱倾斜角α及厚度d,运用Pro/Mechanica软件对斜导柱进行有限元分析,得出影响斜导柱受力状况及使用寿命系数的规律,对斜导柱参数的选择给出指导意见,为注射模的设计提供一定参考。

Abstract:The finite element analysis was made on angle pins with different slant angleαand thickness by applying the Pro/Mechanica software. The rules affecting the stress state and service life coefficient of angle pins were obtained.
