多功能刺刀局部感应加热回火工艺应用

摘    要:为了改进多功能刺刀生产工艺,提高军品质量,分析了盐浴炉对刺刀体局部软化时产生腐蚀的机理,研究了感应加热回火工艺对刺刀体局部软化效果的影响情况.试验结果表明,采用感应加热回火能很好地实现多功能刺刀体的局部软化,且工艺和产品质量稳定.从而有效地实现了技术革新,为解决同类产品类似问题提供了借鉴.

Abstract:The theory of corrosion caused by salt mediate furnace which lead to the bayonet defect was analyzed and the effects of induction calefaction temper process on softening bayonet were studied, in order to improve productive process of bayonet and the quality of military products. The results of the experiments indicate that the process can well realize the partly softening of the bayonet body and the process and the quality will be quite stable. A technical innovation comes out and can be used to resolve the similar problems.
