Dyeing of Soybean Fibre Knitted Fabric with Black Reactive Dyes

In dyeing soybean fibre with black reactive dyes, how do the substantivility, building up property, blackening of the dye and the process conditions affect the dyed depth of shade of the fabric? The authers use several black reactive dyes to dye soybean fibre knitted fabric, compare their building up properties and the blackening of the samples and study the effect of dyeing conditions on the dyed depth of shade of the fabric. The results show that Cibacron Black LS-N and Black W-NN have such advantages as good building up properties and blackening, excellent fastness to washing and rubbing.
