YSZ-Al2O3电解质膜管制备及其应用

摘    要:以吡啶为分散剂,采用真空注浆法制备出膜厚为0.2 mm、长度为35 mm的致密YSZ-Al2O3电解质膜管,研究了烧结温度对样品致密度和离子电导率的影响,确定了获得电解质膜管综合性能的最佳烧结温度范围。用1 650 ℃烧结2 h制备的致密YSZ-Al2O3电解质膜管组装成固体氧化物燃料电池,以氢气为燃料,研究了电池在600~850 ℃电池的电性能。实验结果表明,真空注浆法可制备出具有高密度和高电导率的YSZ-Al2O3电解质膜管,经1 600 ℃烧结2 h其相对密度已达理论密度的99.0%,接近理论密度。单电池的开路电压最大值为1.164 V,850 ℃时输出功率为0.42 W。

Abstract:The dense yittria-stabilized zirconia and alumina membrane tube was prepared using pyridine as dispersant by vacuum casting, which the thickness of the membrane was 0.2 mm and the length was 35 mm. The effect of sintering temperature on the density and ionic conductivity of samples was studied, and the optimal sintering temperature range of the electrolyte membrane with overall properties was determined. The solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) was made of the YSZ-Al2O3 membrane tube, which was sintered at 1 650 ℃ for 2 h. The electrical property of the SOFC was studied from 600 ℃ to 850 ℃ by using hydrogen as fuel. The results show that the YSZ-Al2O3 membrane tube of high density and high conductivity can be prepared by the vacuum casting, the relative density of the membrane tube reaches 99.0% of theoretical density at 1 600 ℃ for 2 h, and approaching the theoretical density. The maximum of open voltage for single cell is 1.164 V, and the output power is 0.42 W at 850 ℃.
