雷达装备技术保障能力评估问题研究

摘    要:针对雷达装备技术保障能力评估中的许多不确定性因素,以及指标选取困难、具有模糊性等问题,文中通过对雷达装备技术保障系统的分析,对构成系统的各项指标进行多方面考虑,给出了雷达装备技术保障能力评估指标体系,并建立起利用模糊评判方法进行技术保障能力评估的模型。文中应用模糊综合评价方法对雷达装备的技术保障能力进行了评估,通过实例分析,该评估方法具有一定的实用性。

Abstract:In evaluation of technical support capability for radar equipment, there are many uncertain factors, selection of evaluating indexes is difficult and fuzzy. By analyzing the technical support system of radar equipment, this paper takes into account every index which composes the system, presents the evaluation index system for technical support capability of radar equipment, then sets up a model to evaluate the technical support capability by the fuzzy evaluation method. The paper uses the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the technical support capability of radar equipment. By analyzing examples, the evaluation method is proven to be of practicability.
