| Abstract: | Colleges cannot ensure a rapid and sound development without reform and innovation. Only with continuous innovation can breakthroughs be made about the restriction of ideology, system and mechanism on school scientific development. Therefore, under the guidance of scientific outlook on development, this paper analyzes and discusses the concept of＂ strive for survival on the basis of characteristics, promote development through innovation＂. |
