高活性吸收剂去除二氧化硫的实验研究

摘    要:飞灰与消石灰可以制备高活性吸收剂去除烟气中的二氧化硫。在常温下进行固定床实验,研究了高活性吸收剂的脱硫机理。讨论了吸收剂的含水率、二氧化硫的初始浓度、氧气浓度对二氧化硫去除率的影响。根据穿透曲线得出了吸附容量。

Abstract:Highly reactive sorbents for SO_2 removal from fine gas were prepared from fly ash-Ca (OH) 2 mixtures. The experiments were conducted in a fixed bed reactor under room temperature. The mechanism of SO_2 removal in the process was studied. Effects of water content, SO_2 and O_2 concentrations on SO_2 removal were discussed. The adsorption capacity was calculated based on breakthrough curve.
