| 摘 要： | 简要论述了工艺FMEA的意义及现状，详细讨论了工艺FMEA在机械零件加工过程中的应用，针对冷加工、热加工、装配建立了失效模式库，并进行风险评价。以一个典型的机械零件——花键套的加工为例，探讨实施工艺FMEA的过程、实用价值及对实际生产的指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the significance and status of process FMEA and the application of in processing mechanical parts in detail. The failure mode library for cold and thermal processing is established, the risk assessment is done. Taking the spline process as an example, the procedure and the practical value of process FMEA are discussed, the guiding significance in the actual production is introduced. |
