| 摘 要： | 介绍了蜂窝密封结构、密封机理,梳齿密封改蜂窝密封的改造方法,国内外发展应用情况和在镇海炼化首台机组上的改造应用情况。蜂窝密封正从航空领域向工业领域推广应用,与传统梳齿密封相比极具优越性,特别是在高压差密封场合。蜂窝密封在电力、石化行业的汽轮机、压缩机领域里具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Honeycomb seal are being propagated in the application from aviation industry to other industries. Compared with traditional tooth seal, it is quite advantageous, especially under the condition of high pressure differential. In this article, the structure and seal mechanism of honeycomb seal, the method of reforming tooth seal to honeycomb seal, the situation of the development and application of honeycomb seal in China and at abroad and the application of this seal in the first machine set in Zhenghai Petrochemical Engineering Co. were introduced. There is broad prospect for honeycomb seal to be used in the machines, such as turbine and compressor, in electrical and petrochemical industries. |
