摘    要:通过对组装线管控(ALC)系统与ERP系统的封装调用集成模式、间接集成模式及直接集成模式3种不同集成方式的分析,着重研究了基于中间文件的集成技术.从ALC与ERP、MES的关系以及ALC与ERP的集成分析两方面进行分析探讨.以杭州某精密机械有限公司ALC系统开发为例,给出了ALC系统间接集成的解决方案.使用该系统能够更精细地控制生产过程,减少生产提前期,降低制造成本.

Abstract:By research of the three different ways of integration of AI.C system and ERP system: encapsulate integration mode, indirect integration mode and direct integra tion mode, this paper focuses on the study of the based-onthe-integration technology of intermediate file. It carries on the analysis discussion from two aspects: ALCs relationship with ERP, MES and ERP integration analysis. At last, it takes the Hangzhou precision machinery co. , Itd's ALC system development for an example, to give the indirect AI.C system integration solution. Applying the system leads to more sophisticated control of the production process, and thus reducing the production lead-time and the manufactur ing cost.
