| Abstract: | The paper outlines the cold restarting of the argon recovery subsystem utilizing full distillation process associated with 730t/d air separation plant in Taiyuan Steel after temporary shutdown.Having taken seven measures,obvious effects are obtained,i.e.the recovery time of the argon recovery subsystem after restart up has been shortened from the initial 20 or more hours to the average 13 hours,evendown to 8 5 hours. |
