遥感图像压缩质量检测技术

摘    要:遥感图像的存储、传送和处理等均涉及到图像压缩技术,而图像压缩质量的好坏直接关系到压缩遥感图像的应用价值。为了正确评价图像质量,首先给出了用于遥感图像压缩质量评价的主要评价指标和相关概念,并讨论了图像压缩比、压缩质量、压缩速率和复杂度等评价指标的构建原理和基本算法;然后在此基础上,开发了遥感图像数据压缩质量评价软件。

Abstract:Image compressed techniques are very important for the storage, transportating, and processing of remote sensing data. The quality of a compressed image is directly related to its value in practice. Therefore, the authors introduced a several quality assessment indexes and the relevant concepts for compressed remote sensing image data. And then the constructing theories and basic algorithms for some indexes, such as compression rate, the quality of the compressed image, compression velocity, and complexity of the algorithm, are discussed in detail. The corresponding software for the quality prognosis of a compressed remote sensing date is developed.
