寒冷地区水下不分散重混凝土性能及应用研究

摘    要:本文研究了寒冷地区水下不分散重混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能,并通过SEM对其微观结构进行分析。试验和工程应用表明,采用铁矿石和引气型水下不分散剂配制的水下不分散重混凝土,密度可达2 780 kg/m3,28 d水陆抗压强度比均超过90%,渗透系数达到6.27×10-7cm/h,200次冻融循环下的质量损失达到3.2%,相对动弹模数达到92.3%。工程应用中封底工程完成28 d后,钻芯抗压强度为25.5 MPa,平均密度2 710 kg/m3。

Properties of anti-washout underwater heavy concrete in cold region and its application study

Abstract:The mechanical property and durability of anti-washout underwater heavy concrete in cold region are studied herein along with the analysis made on its microstructure with SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy). The experiment and engineering application show that if the anti-washout underwater heavy concrete is mixed with iron ore and air entraining underwater anti-washout agent, its density can reach up to 2 780 kg/m3, ratio of amphibious compressive strength(28 d)can exceed 90%, permeability coefficient can come up to 6.27×10-7cm/h, quality loss under 200 times of freeze-thaw cycles can get to 3.2% and relative dynamic modulus can arrive at 92.3%. After 28 days of the complete of the bottoming concrete construction during the engineering application of the anti-washout underwater heavy concrete, its compression strength of drilled core is 25.5 MPa with the average density of 2 710 kg/m3.
