石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统浆液起泡原因分析

摘    要:石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫吸收塔浆液因起泡而溢流的现象时有发生,影响脱硫系统安全运行。为探究吸收塔浆液起泡原因,从浆液起泡机理入手,对若干电厂脱硫系统浆液和泡沫样品进行了成分及电镜分析。研究结果表明:脱硫系统工艺水水质、烟气粉尘含量及石灰石品质均对脱硫吸收塔浆液起泡有促进作用,但各电厂侧重不同。首先,应避免将吸收塔中的溢流物质返回吸收塔本体,再根据各电厂不同情况采取相应措施,即可避免出现吸收塔泡沫溢流问题,或使该问题得以缓解。

Abstract:Slurry overflow happens from time to time due to slurry foaming in the absorber of the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization system, which may endanger the operation of the flue gas desulfurization system (FGD). To find out the foaming causes, the composition and electrical microscope analysis on some FGD slurry and foaming samples is conducted from the aspect of foaming mechanism for different power plants. The results show that the FGD flue gas dust concentration, limestone and process water qualities all will promote slurry foaming, but the severity effects may vary in different plants. To eliminate or alleviate the foaming overflow problem, power plants should first prevent the overflowing liquid from going back to the absorber and then take corresponding measures according to their own situation.
