摘    要:在不影响挖掘机正常作业的前提下,防汛用挖掘机的铲斗增设一套辅助四连杆机构,辅助爪与铲斗构成夹钳,解决了铲装作业时难以夹持大块料物的问题,有利于实现土石料、柳条枕、铅丝笼等物料铲装作业的高效化。这种辅助夹持机构无需专门的动力装置,能随机携带,可提高挖掘机的实用性,在防汛和抗洪抢险用挖掘机上具有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract:Under the premise that the normal operation of excavator is not impacted, a set of auxiliary four-bar linkage mechanism is added to the bucket of the excavator for flood control; i.e. a clamp is formed with an auxiliary claw and the bucket; with which the problem that large pieces of materials cannot be held during the shoveling operation is then solved. It is favorable to realize the operation of shovel-loading of earth-rock materials, wicker-stone pillows, wire gabions, etc. with a high efficiency. This kind of the auxiliary holding mechanism can not only be conveniently carried with the excavator without a special power device for it, but can also enhance the practicability of the excavator, thus has an extensive application value for the excavator used for flood control and emergency rescue.
