| 摘 要： | 为优化卧式旋转式压缩机供油系统及其装配工艺性,采用CFD方法对某型号卧式旋转式压缩机的供油系统进行三维模拟,深入分析其供油机制,提出更适合量产的优化方案——中间开孔供油风扇,并对优化方案进行CFD模拟和试验验证。结果表明优化方案能够保证供油,满足压缩机的可靠性要求。

| Abstract: | In order to optimize the oil supply system of horizontal type rotary compressor and its assembly process,the oil supply system of a certain model of horizontal type rotary compressor is simulated using CFD software.By analyzing mechanical principle of the oil supply system,an optimal solution for mass production is put forward,which is midhole-fan.The optimal solution is simulated via CFD software and experimentally verified.It is proved that the optimal solution can meet the oil supply requirement,as well as the compressor＇s reliability requirements. |
