摘    要:随着川西新场气田中浅层低渗透气藏采出程度的增加,地层压力越来越低,采用常规压裂液施工滤失伤害严重,返排困难,压裂增产效果变差。为了解决上述难题,开发出了一种地下自动发泡的新型类泡沫压裂液。这种新型压裂液自动升温增压、地下自动泡沫化形成类似"泡沫压裂液"的混合物,具有优良的携砂性能、降滤失性能、破胶性能,自动增压助排,用于低压气井自喷返排率高,伤害率低。它兼具泡沫压裂液的优点和常规水基压裂液的经济性,腐蚀性低,施工方便,在8口井中获得成功应用,自喷返排率高,增产效果好,为川西中浅层剩余难动用储量的压裂开发提供了一种新的技术手段,在低压低渗油气田具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract:With the increase of production degree of shallow low permeability gas reservoir in Xinchang gas field in West Sichuan, the formation pressure is decreasing gradually.Increase production of fractured gas well with normal fracturing fluid is becoming worse, due to serious damage of filtrate and difficult flowback. To solve the problem, a new type of similarly foam fracturing fluid with automatically foaming in formation was developed, which can automatically increase temperature and pressure, and become a kind of mixtures as foam fracturing fluid. It has good performance of sand-carrying capability, low filtration and gel breaking, and has been used in low pressure gas well with higher fluid discharge and lower damage. The new type of fracturing fluid simultaneously has advantage of foam fracturing fluid and economical efficiency of normal aqueous fracturing fluid, and has been applied in 8 wells successfully with good fluid flowback and increase production. It is a new stimulation technology for hydraulic fracturing in low permeable and low pressure gas reservoir, and has widely application prospect.
