摘    要:针对绥电公司800 MW超临界机组掺烧褐煤的实际情况,详细论述了大比例掺烧褐煤后对制粉系统及锅炉运行参数、锅炉效率和机组经济性的影响,分析了大比例掺烧褐煤后在制粉系统和机组安全运行等方面所采取的措施,在经济效益方面所取得的成效.通过计算,2011年1~10月,绥电公司800 MW超临界机组掺烧褐煤共节约费用约1.9亿元,经济效益非常显著.

Abstract:Aiming at the situation of blending lignite in 800 MW supercritical unit at Suizhong Power Plant,the effects of large-ratio blending lignite on security operation of boiler,milling system,boiler operation parameters,boiler efficiency,and unit economy are discussed.The measurement taken in security operation of milling system and unit after blending lignite is analyzed,and economic benefit is also analyzed.The calculation results show that operation cost can reduce 1.9 hundred million after blending lignite in 800 MW supercritical unit at Suizhong Power Plant from January to October in 2011,and economy benefit is outstanding.
