“应用型”实践教育与大学生就业引导体系构建的研究

实践教育为改革方向的现今独立院校教育体制,以实现大学本科院校的第二职能与第三职能,还需加入一种引导体制作为配合。结合专业培养方向、教学基础建设及专业课程架构等方面,以培养应用型技术人才为目标,探讨大学生就业需要的两大需求,提出一种实践和就业引导相结合的方法,构建一种新型的教育体系。该体制有利于促进实践教育改革的发展,增强学生实践能力的培养,有效缓解独立学院学生就业的压力。

Research on the Construction of Application-Oriented Education and College Student Employment Guidance System

The education system of independent colleges with the practice education as the reformation oriented nowadays, which is used to realize the second and third functions of undergraduate college, needs to join a guided system as to cooperate. According to the professional development direction, teaching base construction, professional course strueture,etc, puts forward a method of combining practice and employment guidance, constructs a kind of new education system, in order to train application-oriented technical talent as the target, discusses two big demand for college students＂ employment needs. It is beneficial to promote the development of practice education reforma- tion, enhance students＂ practical abilities training, effectively relieve the employment pressure of independent college students.
