摘    要:摇臂是装载机工作装置中重要的传力件,要传递较大的转斗缸作用力.针对客户反馈的某机型摇臂在使用过程中出现早期断裂的情况,利用有限元方法对其结构强度进行分析,找出危险截面,进行改进设计.首先在Pro/E中建立某机型摇臂三维实体模型,将其模型另存为*.STP格式的中性文件,由ANSYS Workbench 读取后进行网格划分,建立有限元模型,运用ANSYS Workbench对有限元模型进行结构强度分析,并与其他成熟机型摇臂进行对比;通过对比找出应力较大的危险部位,对其进行改进设计,使摇臂结构强度满足市场需求,提高产品质量,同时也为后续其他机型的摇臂设计提供参考.

Abstract:Rocker arm is an important power transmitting lever in the loader’s attachment that actuates to pass high active force when tipping the bucket. Some users fed back with complaints that there is pre-mature breakdown to the rocker arm during operation of a certain type loader that we have to apply finite element analysis to the structural strength to find out the dangerous section to be improved in redesign. Firstly, we set up an actual 3M model of the rocker arm of a certain type machine in the Pro/E to file save the model as *.STP in a formatted neutral 3M document before a grid partition was done. Constructed the finite element model by using ANSYS Workbench and analyze structural strength of the model while comparing with rocker arms of other mature types of machines, thereby to detect dangerous position of greater stress for improved design so that their structural strength can satisfy market requirements while upgrading the products quality, as well as providing a reference for further design of the rocker arm in other types of machine.
