Trans-3-甲基-4-溴-2-丁烯基苄基醚的合成研究

摘    要:目的:合成Trans-3-甲基-4-溴-2-丁烯基苄基醚。方法:以3-甲基-2-丁烯基-1-醇为起始原料,经三步反应制得目标化合物。结果与结论:各步中间体结构经核磁共振谱、质谱确证,总收率为61.6%,探索出一条新的合成路线。

Abstract:Objective: To prepare(trans-4-bromo-3-methyl-2-butenyl)oxymethyl benzene.Methods:The target compound was synthesized by three steps with(3-methyl-2-butenyl)oxymethyl benzene.Results and Conclusions: A new sysnthesis round was explored.the desired product was obtained in over all yield of 61.6 %and its structure was confirmed by ~1?H-NMR and MS.
