旋转导向钻井地面监控系统研究

摘    要:为了将井眼轨迹以及其他有关的钻井参数用图形和数据三维可视化地显示出来,便于现场工程技术人员直观地掌握和分析钻头所在位置以及井下导向工具对井眼轨迹的控制情况,研制了地面监控和井眼轨迹可视化子系统,该系统是调制式旋转导向钻井系统(MRSS)的指挥中心。可实时监控井下导向工具,控制井眼轨迹按设计的轨迹逼近靶区并中靶。文中介绍了MRSS地面监控子系统的总体设计;在导入设计数据和实时采集MWD上传的实钻数据的基础上,进行了设计井眼和实钻井眼的轨迹描述、轨迹偏差分析和轨迹修正设计、进而计算出MRSS轨迹控制参数及相应的下传控制指令;研究了控制指令下传给井下导向工具的方式并给出最佳指令编码方案。系统的各项功能集成在一个一体化的地面监控和井眼轨迹三维可视化软件系统中,是信息化、智能化钻定向井的创新工程。

Abstract:A visualization subsystem of ground monitor and well trajectory,the direction center of the modulate rotary steering system(MRSS),has been developed to show the well course and its related drilling parameters by using figures and data.It is easier for on-site engineers to master and analyze the location of drilling bit and the conditions that the downhole steeling tool controls the trajectory.It can also be used to monitor the downhole steeling tool and control the trajectory to approach the target and hit it.This paper introduces how the visualization subsystem is designed as a whole,making the depiction,variance analysis,and amendment design of the trajectory of the designed wellbore and the drilled wellbore,figuring out the controlled parameters of MRSS and their corresponding sub-control instructions.It as well researches how the control instruction is transmitted to the downhole steeling tool and shows the optimal instruction coding scheme.All the functions of the system are integrated in an incorporated 3D visualization software system of ground control and well course,which is an innovation in drilling directional well based on informatization and intelligent technology.
