| 摘 要： | 概要论述了蓄热式高温空气燃烧技术的特点及国内应用状况,介绍了蓄热式燃烧系统的结构与特点,重点阐述了采用热脏发生炉煤气加热炉的主要技术性能以及蓄热式加热炉供热分配、煤气系统、空气管路系统和排烟系统等设计特点。并且对蓄热式加热炉生产运行中出现的问题,解决措施及生产应用情况进行了分析。实践表明,采用热脏发生炉煤气开发研制的蓄热式加热炉具有高效、优质、节能和低污染等诸多优点,具有广阔的开发应用前景。

| Abstract: | This paper is briefly introduces technical characteristic for regenerative high temperature air combustion and application situation in China. It is introduced the structure and feature of regenerative combustor. It is described emphasis that main specification of regenerative heating furnace by using hot_dirty generator gas as well as design feature for supply heat distribution, gas supply system, air transmission system and draught flue gas system etc. It is analyzed and discussed that the production performance problems, solved measures and production application experiences. Practice is showed that regenerative heating furnace by suing hot_dirty generator gas is possessed many advantages such as high efficiency, excelling quality, saving energy and low environmental pollution etc. It is possessed vast development and application prospect. |
