摘    要:以含支链3,3'-二乙基-4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(M-OEA)为二胺单体,采用高温一步法与四种二酐进行聚合,合成了四种聚酰亚胺(PI)树脂,并制备了一系列聚酰亚胺薄膜.对聚酰亚胺树脂进行了溶解性测试,并通过傅里叶红外光谱、紫外-可见分光光度计、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、静态热机械分析仪及电子万能材料试验机对PI薄膜...

Abstract:Using the branched diamine 3,3′-diethyl-4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane(M-OEA)as the diamine monomer,polymerized with four dianhydrides through high temperature one-step process,synthesized four polyimide resins and prepared series of polyimide films.The solubility of polyimide resins was tested,and the structure,optical properties,thermal properties and mechanical properties of PI films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet visible(UV-Vis)spectrophotometer,differential scanning calorimeter,thermogravimetric analyzer,static thermomechanical analyzer and electronic universal material testing machine.The results show that the series of resins have excellent solubility,the films have good thermal stability.The 5%thermal weight loss temperatures of this four films(Td5)are above 390℃,and the glass transition temperatures(Tg)are higher than 230℃.The optical properties of the two semi-alicyclic PI films are excellent,and the UV cut-off wavelengths are 280 nm.
