水库型生活用水水源地供水工程信息化建设方案研究

摘    要:为强化水源地监测预警与数据共享,切实提升水源地安全保障水平,提出通过水利信息化的手段,结合江苏某城市水源地供水工程信息化建设实际,建设涵盖水位、流量、压力、水质、视频、泵站自动化于一体的感知采集体系,利用新型的船载水质、视觉蓝藻监测和视觉水位自动识别等技术,实现从水源地、闸泵、蓄水池、供水管道的全自动化运行,构建以水源保护、联合调度、安全监测、工程管理、综合展示为核心的运行调度智慧管控系统,实现工程的安全运行和优化调度,达到水源地建设供水工程水量动态调节,水源水质监控,管理多级联动,运行安全可靠,实现信息共享等目标要求,为保障生活用水水源地安全提供决策支持.

Abstract:In order to strengthen monitoring ,early warning and data sharing of water sources and effectively improve the safety guarantee level of water sources, it is proposed to build a perceptual acquisition system covering water level, flow, pressure, water quality, video and pump station automation, with the practice of the current information construction of a water source water supply project in Jiangsu province. The proposed system will realize fully automatic operation of water resources, sluice pumps, reservoirs and water supply pipelines by using new technologies such as shipboard water quality monitoring, visual water cyanobacteria and visual water level automatic identification, and realize the safety operation and optimal dispatching of the project by building an operation dispatching intelligent management and control system with water source protection, joint dispatching, safety monitoring, project management and comprehensive display as the core, so as to achieve the objectives and requirements of water quantity dynamic regulation, water quality monitoring, multi-level linkage management, safe and reliable operation, information sharing management and provide decision support for ensuring the safety of domestic water sources.
