摘    要:以大豆油脱臭馏出物(SODD)为原料,研究了经皂化和二级分子蒸馏过程提取角鲨烯的工艺路线。分别采用正交试验设计和响应面法对皂化及第一级分子蒸馏工艺条件进行优化,所得优化条件为:皂化反应时间40 min,反应温度80℃,KOH浓度0.8 mol/L;一级分子蒸馏过程蒸发温度73℃,进料速率1.1 mL/min,刮膜转速250 r/min。经过二级分子蒸馏,角鲨烯质量分数从原料中的1.95%富集到21.01%,总收率为86.8%。

Abstract:A process to extract squalene from soybean oil deodorizer distillate by using saponification and two steps of molecular distillation was studied. The appropriate process conditions were obtained by or- thogonal design and response surface method respectively. For saponification process, reaction time is 40 min, reaction temperature is 80 ℃ , alkali concentration is 0. 8 mol/L. For first-stage molecular distil- lation process, evaporation temperature is 73 ℃, feed rate is 1.1 mL/min, wiped film speed is 250 r/rain. After two steps of molecular distillation, the mass fraction of squalene was increased from 1.95% to 21.01% and the total yield was 86. 8%.
