摘    要:模拟移动床色谱已成为一种重要的手性药物制备技术,其技术关键在于最佳运行点的确定。由于其过程复杂,用数学模型来确定最佳运行点,求解难度大,计算时间长。今以考虑传质阻力与轴向弥散的模拟移动床模型为基础,采用线上求解法,将模型方程沿空间方向离散,得到一组常微分方程,然后运用MATLAB提供的常微分求解器求解这一偏微分方程组,模拟了奥美拉唑对映体的模拟移动床色谱分离过程。研究结果表明,线上求解法结合MATLAB常微分求解器可快速、准确地求解模拟移动床模型,用于模拟移动床色谱分离过程的实时控制与优化。

Abstract:Simulated moving bed chromatography (SMBC) has become an important technology for resolution of chiral drugs, and the key of its technical using relies on the determination of the optimum operation conditions. Since the SMBC process is quite complex, to determine the optimum operation point through mathematical model is not so easy and it needs a long calculation time. In this paper, a simulated moving bed model considering the mass transport resistance and axial dispersion was set up. The proposed model was transferred into a series of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) with the method of lines. The ODEs were then solved by ODE solvers provided by MATLAB. Using the proposed model, the separation of Omeprazole enantiomers by simulated moving bed chromatography was simulated. The results show that the solving of the simulation is very quick and accurate, and the proposed model and solving method could be used for real time optimization and control.
