摘    要:摘要;针对加氢阀高危工况.设计了阀体整体锻造结构。针对阀体材料、流道形式、整体锻造结构对阀体质量影响的复杂性.采用有限元分析软件Patran进行强度分析,得到该阀体在最大工况时各个方向的应力和变形,验证了阀体零件结构设计的合理性,为特殊阀门阀体的结构设计提供了一种方法,也为后续的优化设计工作提供了依据。

Abstract:In light of the high risk conditions of hydrogenation valve, on the influence of the valve body material, the flow channel type, the valve body was designed as a whole forging structure. Based the structure of the valve body on the whole forging, a finite element analysis was carried out to get the deformation of the valve in the reasonableness of the structural design of the valve body, and provided a method to maximum conditions. This study verified the design the valve body.
