| 摘 要： | 城市发展空间由地面及上部空间向地下延伸,是目前世界城市发展的必然趋势.21世纪以来,城市地下空间资源成为人类开发的新的热点资源,对其进行评价成为目前城市地下空间开发的首要任务.评价城市地下空间资源的主要目的是预测地下空间资源量、价值和对其进行定位.文章从地下空间资源的特征出发,叙述了地下空间资源评估的现状和发展,并简要地介绍了地下空间资源评估研究的内容、目标和方法.力求对城市地下空间资源评估研究工作有的一个较全面的阐述.
