市区复杂环境下深基坑开挖控制爆破

摘    要:浙江永康市繁华地区深基坑开挖,属复杂环境下的石方控制爆破,为减小爆破振动对周边建(构)筑物的影响,在主爆区采取浅孔大、小孔径相结合方式的爆破方案;在爆区周边开挖减振沟、打减振孔及实施光面爆破;严格控制每次爆破最大单段药量和总装药量;并采取了近体防护与隔离防护相结合的安全防护措施。爆破效果达到了设计要求,其经验可供类似工程参考。

DEMOLITION OF UNDERGROUND REINFORCED CONCRETE FORTIFICATION BY BLASTING METHOD

Abstract:An underground reinforced concrete fortification is very strong and has complicated surroundings.When it is demolished by controlled blasting,both full concrete fragmentation and prevention of blasting hazards are need.For these reasons,a reasonable specific charge was determined through trial blasting;the maximum charge mass per delayed interval was estimated and limited on the basis of the permitted vibration velocity and the blasting parameters were designed for different walls.In addition,the safety precautions against flying rocks and blasting results were introduced.
