防爆墙材料与结构研究进展

防爆安全是世界各国普遍关注的安全防护领域之一,简述了传统沙袋、钢筋混凝土、水体防爆墙的结构特点,重点介绍了高性能纤维材料、多孔材料、表面喷涂材料在新型轻质高强防爆结构中的应用研究,综述了每种材料在各自结构中所起的支撑、吸能、防破坏等作用,以及多层功能复合防爆结构与异形防爆结构的特点与研究进展。并依据防爆墙轻质高强、快速搭建的市场需求提出了目前研究与应用中存在的问题以及后续研究的重点环节。

Research progress on materials and structures of explosion-proof walls

The explosion proof is one of the safety protection fields that all countries pay close attention to. This paper briefly introduces the structural characteristics of traditional sandbags, reinforced concrete and water explosion-proof walls, mainly introduces the application research of high-performance fiber materials, porous materials and surface sprayed materials in the new light and high-strength explosion-proof structures, and summarizes the support, energy absorption and anti-breakage of each material in their respective structures as well as the characteristics and research progress of the multi-layer functional composite explosion-proof structure and the special-shaped explosion-proof structure. According to the market demand of light weight, high tensile and fast construction of the explosion-proof wall, the existing problems in the current research and application and the key links in the follow-up research are put forward.
